About Abigail Martin

Born and raised in Idaho Falls, I’m proud to represent the sixth generation of my family to call this region home. That legacy has shaped not only my connection to this community, but the way I guide others in finding their place within it.

 

In just five years, I’ve had the privilege of closing over 300 transactions, building a business now rooted almost entirely in referrals. My approach blends market expertise, strategic negotiation, and a highly personalized client experience, ensuring each transaction feels seamless, intentional, and well-executed from start to finish.

 

Since January 2023, I have listed and sold more than 50 properties, with additional listings currently active and pending, and many within the luxury market. I specialize in tailored marketing strategies that position each home to stand out and attract the right buyer.

 

Outside of real estate, you’ll find me cooking and entertaining, spending time with my son and my dog, Simon. I also support the arts as a board member and sponsor of the Idaho Falls Symphony and I am a proud sponsor of the Idaho Falls Arts Council.
